Returns/Exchanges:
We want our customers to be happy. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we
offer a 60-day return/exchange policy. A Return/Exchange form is enclosed with
every order. Simply send back your item(s) with the completed return/exchange
form along with a copy of your invoice (an invoice is sent with your purchase
and is sent to your email address).

If
you do not have a Return/Exchange form and/or invoice, please provide the
following information along with the item purchased:
- Your name and billing address
- The name, address, and zip code of the person who
placed the order, if it was a gift
- The original purchase price and approximate date
of the purchase
- The item number of the merchandise, if available
- If exchanging item(s), please provide new item
information: Item number, size, color, and description
Please note:
- Returned clothing must be unused, unwashed, and
unaltered.
- Shipping charges incurred on returned items are
not refundable.
- Exchanges do not incur additional outbound
shipping charges.
- Under garments are not returnable unless
defective.
- If you are exchanging item(s), new item(s) must
be of equal or lesser value than item(s) returned.
- If you are returning item(s), allow up to 15
days for the credit to go through.
Damaged Goods:
If products arrive damaged, please let us know immediately.
Make any claims within 15 days for a replacement or your money back.
Delivery Time:
Most orders will ship within 48 business hours. Please allow 6-12 weeks for
delivery on back-ordered items
Sales Tax:
There is no tax on orders shipped to addresses outside CO.
a Sales Tax of 5.1% applies to all
orders shipped to CO addresses.
Privacy Policy
We take your privacy and security seriously. Hemp Oasis does not rent, sell,
or share your personal information with any other companies or individuals.
